We have a big reputation when it comes to jewellery repair. We understand the value of your jewellery, not just in money terms, but sentimentally too. That’s why we never send repairs off to our workshops in the post, but deliver every one personally, giving customers the peace of mind you deserve when leaving your cherished jewellery with us.

You can drop by the store anytime and we’ll make an assessment and advise of cost and timescales on the spot.

All our repairs come with a 3 month guarantee, and can include:

• Missing stone replacement

• Ring resizing

• Mend broken or damaged items

• Renew settings

• Solder and repair charms

• Cleaning and polishing (returned within a week)

• Pearl and bead rethreading

Engraving

We can engrave gold and silver items such as jewellery, trophies, medals and watches.

Choose from a range of fonts and provide us with your wording and we’ll obtain a quote for you to approve. Each engraving usually takes around one week.

Once you’ve had your jewellery repaired and good as new, have it valued by Carters and certified by an international accredited gemstone specialists such as GIA, AGI or IGI.
